How do you feel about boy names for girls?

I love when girls have typical boy names, let me know your thoughts on the following for a daughter...

Ryan, Devin, Dylyn, Kodi, Hayden

Let me know about others you might suggest, too! Thanks in advance :)How do you feel about boy names for girls?
It's a horrible, stupid trend that needs to die. There's nothing cute about putting a very masculine name on your poor, feminine daughter so that she can be mistaken for a boy. If anything, it's degrading. It's telling your daughter that she can't be a strong woman unless she has a man's name.

Ryan, Devin, Dylan, Cody, Hayden are all masculine boy names and are horrid for a girl.

[Edit] Poster above, Noah, Taylor and Skyler / Schuyler are NOT girl names and never will be. They're masculine boy names that have been stolen by ignorant parents. They're still boy names, they're still masculine. Just because people wrongly put them on girls, doesn't make them girl names.

Jaden, Michael, Caden, Jonah, Cory, Tyler are all boy names as well.

And Dakota....Dakota isn't a name. It's a Native American tribe and it's disrespectful to use it on a child. Not only that it's harsh, masculine, and sounds like it belongs on a dog or horse.
I hate boy names on girls

But that is just my opinion

and if you like them here are some suggestions

But if you like it what about

Alex could be short for something else

Connor (I have seen a girl with this name on youtube)

Mayson (This is a celebrity's daughter's name)

Cooper (a family on house hunter had a daughter with this name)

Ryan this name is OK but I would change the spelling somehow

Devin this name is OK but I would spell it Devon

Dylyn is OK but I would spell it Dillion or Dylion

Kodi to masculine

Hayden

I would never use a boy name on a girlHow do you feel about boy names for girls?
Hate them, with a passion.

Why? Because nobody would EVER consider naming a BOY Elizabeth, so why on earth would they name a girl Spencer?

There are so few amazing boys names compared to girls names, and now the girls are making even MORE boys names unusable.

There are many, many gorgeous names for girls out there. There's no need to steal the boys names.

I would not use any of those names on a girl... I think they're hideous on girls. How do you feel about boy names for girls?
I Love the names Ryan, Riley (I like it spelt Ryleigh), Avery, Drew, Piper (I always thought it was a girls name) and Dylan for girls. Some names I just think are too feminine for girls or i've known girls with a 'boys' name so to me it is a girls name. My favorites are Ryan, Ryleigh/Rylee, Averie/Avery and Piper (this is my younger sisters name).
I really can't stand this trend. Names like Ryan, etc. are not feminine sounding at all.

However, IF you're going to do it, I'd say make sure the middle name is extremely feminine so that it's easy to distinguish that your child is actually a girl. Example- I think Devin Madeleine or something sounds pretty. But if you do Devin Ryan, it sounds exactly like a boy name.

As far as other boy names I've heard on girls (that you've left off your list)

Avery

Hunter

Jayden

Tristan

Easton

Landon
I don't like "unisex" names. I don't want my child subjected to year after year of "isn't that a boy's name". My father's name is Johann (just like Johann Sebastian Bach) and he gets really upset and embarrassed every time he gets his name called out in public places (like a doctors office) "Joanne".
hmmm okay im not keen on names like ryan because they are just a bit too masculine.

however ... i love unisex names for girls and names like hayden, kodi, sam, harry/haz, nicky, reece etc for girls... i really like them kind of names on girl; just a bit different.
I like Dylyn, and Hayden
Depends on the name.

?
I don't think that Ryan or Devin are good enough girl names. And there are barely any out there. Like Dakota and Noah have pretty much become girl names, Taylor is a girl name, Skyler is a girl name... but all were originally boy names.

However Kodi is femme enough to be pulled off as a girl name. And Hayden is Unisexual.

Other unisex names you might like are:

Jaden (Jadenn, Jadyn, Jadon, Jadan)

Mikal (Pronounced Michael)

Bobbi (Short for Roberta and such names but I knew one who was just bobbi)

Billie (Short for W names like Wilma and whatnot)

Caden (Cadyn, Cadenn, Cadan, Cadon)

Noah

Yuri

Jonah

Corrie (Cory...?)

Tyler

Taylor

CJ

AJ

DJ

and what not
I love the idea of a boy name for a girl!

Ryan- Wouldnt really suggest this for a girl, but it's unique.

Devin- Its cute! But, I would spell it like Devyn(:

Dylyn- This is really more of a boy name. I don't think I'd do this name for a girl.

Kodi- Its pretty, and actually looks like it should be a girls name bc of how it's spelled.

Hayden- I LOVE it!!!! It's so adorable and sweet!

Other names I adore would be Logan, Jordyn, Riley, and Carsyn(:
ryan could be good like you u add a girl name like lacie-ryan not sure about the others if you want a name that is also for boys and girls like joe or jo

I don't like Ryan.

Hayden sounds cool, I love the composer.

Alex/Alexis/Luca

my fave unisex name is Beau :)

?
I don't like any of those names on girls. If I had to pick one out of that list, I would pick Devin. Ones that I don't mind as much: Quinn, Blaire, Reese, Morgan, Avery.
I love all of them and i love guy names for girls too (i plan on naming my daughter ashton)

I also love Alex and Sam

out of your 5 names i like ryan and hayden the most:)
I love Dylyn for a girl!! It sounds very cute(:

Alternate spellings: Dylan and Dillon.

I like the idea of Jo or Joey for a girl too(:
my favorite is devin. also dakota and aubrey are typically male but i like them on girls
It's unisex names! And I think they are cool I have two female friends named Dylan and Devin.
i wouldn't call a girl Ryan.
