What do you think of these boy and girl names?

I know these may sound stupid to some.



Dakoda for boy (dah KOH duh) (can be shortened to Koda or Cody)

and

Makoto for girl (MAH koh toh)



If you don't like these names could you offer similar suggestions or variations of the names?

Oh and yes I am aware that Makoto is mainly a boys name.What do you think of these boy and girl names?
Dakoda is cute for a boy!



But maybe instead of Makoto for a girl, (with this name she may get teased a lot.) how about Makayla? Makayla Hope would be such a pretty name!

I havent ever seen the boys name spelled that way. i have always been it dakota... but it could work with a D. I have also heard it twice as a girl name. but i like it for a guy

Makoto.... um, naaa i dont like this one. O seems mascuslin, and the A seems more feminine I like Makayla, Mckenna maybe?What do you think of these boy and girl names?
I don't like Dakoda, but its a good name, I'm just not naming my baby that. and Makoto sounds nice. I'm naming my daughter Kaida Skyla, but I'm still not sure if its a girl yet so.
